RHYTHM IN SOUL

What exactly do you interpret by it?

Many people ask me when you call yourself a songwriter or singer or anything like that what is this word mean to you?
They all expect me to say something metaphorically beautiful or a nice lyrics but music is nothing like that. It is a simple word which has sweet breeze in it. May be for me it’s motivation or inspiration but for someone else it is oxygen or someone’s life is dissolved in music. It’s not a symphony or a melody, it’s a masterpiece. It’s beautiful because it’s yours and no one has any power on it. Tell me what do you do when you feel broken hearted or when you’re filling up with joy? May be there is a magic and you call it the sound that vibrates in your ears and you can feel in your stomach.

Goosebumps on your arms when that beat drops on your heart.
People ask me how can you say that music is everything to you when there are more important things that you are suppose take care of. Well the thing is music is like a fuel that helps me take care of those things that I am responsible for. If i’m going to do something I need a little cheer up and those notes sung by a person in my ears gives me more confidence and energy than anything else could ever give.
Music doesn’t have a language. You go to a different country and hear their symphonies and you feel happy. You know why? That’s because you may not understand the words but the locals smile and dance to the rhythm and they sing with their hearts and you find comfort in it. You feel like you aren’t with strangers anymore. That, my friend, is the power of music.

Music is an old friend my dear. It has been with you from the start and it will be with you till the end. No matter where you are, no matter what are you doing, no matter how broken things get. It is yours it will forever be.
